Society 340^® is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization devoted to bringing Virgin Islands youth & young adults to their peak potential. We are determined to stay consistent, dependable, productive and resilient.

Our Mission

Society 340’s Mission is to focus on empowering and educating youth and young adults through personal development training, mental health empowerment, and workforce development throughout the island of St. John.

Our Vision

Society 340’s Vision is to become the number one resource for the St. John community to find areas of opportunity for personal and professional development for youth and young adults.

Children succeed in communities that value them. Through exposure, education, empowerment, cultural experience, job training, and community engagement we can show our children we value them. Society 340’s programs are centered around the success of our youth as lifelong students, employers and employees, parents and guardians, and community leaders.
