What We Do

At Society 340, our programs and platforms focus on personal and professional development through exposure, networking and conversation. Our programs aim to help youths with self exploration, developing workplace skills and relationships and obtain on the job training.

Our Program

Hear Every Voice

A creative writing program for youths to develop their voice, build upon their writing skills, and build their confidence in oral communication, while showcasing their creative side to the community.

Train! Develop! Apply

A workforce development program aimed to provide students with exposure and opportunity in various industries to meet the demands of the St. John community. A 12-week program with a combination of computer based learning and on the job training are sure to prepare students for entry-level positions in their desired field.

Enjoy being outdoors? Ready to get your adrenaline pumping? We offer an all-island running club in partnership with Gifft Hill School of St. John.

Love City Flying Club

Interested in aviation and aerospace? We are ready to get you soaring! Led by our very own Makeda Dawson, this program aims to create a space to learn, grow and obtain your FAA Private Pilot Certificate.

Journey To A Better You

Are you ready to become clear on your passion and purpose in your life? Are you struggling to understand who you want to become? Not aware of the options available to you? This group coaching program incorporates a series of personal development, mental health empowerment and life-skills workshops to get you prepared for the future you want to create for yourself!

A platform using Facebook live for the opportunity to hear the St. John community. Where open and honest discussions are met with viable solutions and connections. Soon to be converted to a podcast, 2024.
